About South Hutchinson Housing Authority

The South Hutchinson Public Housing Authority (PHA) was created in 1960 by the City of South Hutchinson in partnership with the Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). The PHA is governed by a five member board appointed the South Hutchinson Mayor.


Mission Statement

Our mission is to provide affordable, safe housing for families, disabled, near elderly (50+) and elderly. Rent is income based. Housing opportunities are subject to availability of appropriate units for individuals and families.
